Reviews and Ratings
Upon arrival, I noticed a slight 'hotel' stench in the room, although I expected it to dissipate. The room was cozy but on the smaller side given the price, which was nearly $400 per night. One of the highlights was the Aqua roof terrace with its stunning views of the Ashley River; however, it's a bit far if you plan to explore the Historic District.
The hotel rooms were excellent, large, and clean, conveniently located across the highway from the Outlet Mall with plenty of food choices around. The room size was good, quiet for a good night's sleep, and had lots of parking available without inconveniencing other guests. The service was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect, convenient to the historic district, with some building sites nearby. The dining experience was average with some expensive options. Overall, a good stay with friendly service and great location.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and modern, with a nice, ample balcony to enjoy the water views. The service was excellent, showcasing genuine southern hospitality. The location was great, just minutes from central downtown and close to convenient amenities like the Publix market. However, the dining options were a bit limited, not quite meeting expectations. Overall, the hotel offered a pleasant experience with a few minor drawbacks.
